Product InfoPresently in India, direct (binder less) technology is the most popular & successful technology as it very well suits the Indian conditions. The technology favors the characteristics of raw materials available from various natural resources in different seasons. Generally, briquetting plants are based on saw dust at 180 kg / m3 bulk density at 7-10 % moisture content. The output of all other raw materials will be directly in proportion to its bulk density.We offer the most versatile plant and machinery that consist of the following major units:- Briquetting unit (mainly consists of Briquetting press)
- Screw conveyor (with reduction gear & electric motor)
- Oil lubricating system (gives longer life to Briquetting Unit)
- Panel board (monitors entire process of Briquetting Unit).

Our well experienced technical staff facilitates production of high quality machines and plants that are in sync with international standards and norms. These are manufactured from standard parts like “Elecon” gear and forged EN 24 shaft, etc. The entire production cycle is strictly supervised by our quality analysts who ensure high work efficiency and total quality. The plant & machinery are determined or manufactured as per the characteristics of the raw materials that would be processed through it, thus assuring complete solution to the customers.
InfrastructureWe have set up a well equipped workshop, a sufficient tool room and zig fixture to facilitate bulk and swift production of our Briquetting Plant and Machinery. These are manufactured using premium quality raw materials and components like MS, EN 31, EN 08, WPS, HS and others. All these materials are processed through well integrated production stages to manufacture the end product. The machines such as lathe machine, bending machine and welding machine, installed at our facility are of the latest technology.
